摘要
在VB6.0的平台上,通过对全液压推土机行驶静压驱动系统的关键技术参数和牵引特性的计算分析,开发了驱动系统计算机辅助设计软件。该软件实现了系统参数匹配设计及计算、参数校核、速度刚度计算、比最大切线牵引力校核、牵引特性曲线和液压系统的效率曲线绘制等功能,为控制液压系统工作在高效区提供了参考。经实例验证,该软件系统操作简便,具有工程实用价值。
Based on the Visual Basic 6.0, the computer-aided-design software for the drive system of full hydraulic bulldozer was developed through the analysis and the computation of the key technical parameters and the drive performance. The software involves the design and computation of the parameters matching and parameters checking, the computation of the velocity rigidity, the check of the maximum drive force, drive performance and hydraulic system efficiency curves drawing. The software can control hydraulic system working in a high-efficiency section. The application results show that the software can be easily operated.
