摘要
应用计算机仿真技术,研究了发动机的稳态性能和动态性能。在发动机耗能装置二元模型基础上,构建了发动机测功器试验系统模型,在试验台上利用测功器模拟汽车的道路阻力和空气阻力,利用惯性飞轮组的转动惯量模拟汽车的惯性阻力。设计开发了发动机性能仿真软件,该软件可对由试验台或模拟计算得到的发动机工况数据进行曲线拟合、性能仿真及特性曲线绘制。仿真结果表明,该软件可以准确地仿真发动机的稳态性能和动态性能。
The engine performance under steady and transient conditions was studied by computer simulation method. Based on the two-element model of engine and energy-consumer, a test system model of engine and dynamometer was developed. Using dynamometer simulating road resistance, air resistance and inertia flywheel for inertia resistance of vehicles, the engine simulation software was developed, which could make curve fitting, performance simulation and performance curve plotting for the data of engines from the test system or computer simulation. The results indicate that the software can accurately simulate engine performance under not only steady but also transient conditions, and provide a higher level and intelligent research method for studying engine performance.
