闭合性腹部损伤临床诊治体会

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Closure Abdominal Injury

目的 :探讨闭合性腹部损伤在临床工作当中的抢救时机、抢救措施及治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 6 8例闭合性腹部损伤病人临床救治情况并进行经验教训总结。结果 :6 8例闭合性腹部损伤病人中非手术治愈 6例 ;死于手术前 5例 ;急诊手术 5 7例 ,其中手术治愈 5 2例 ,死于手术中和手术后 5例。结论 :加强院前急救、明确诊断、综合治疗是保证闭合性腹部损伤抢救成功的有效措施。该病的急诊手术宜简勿繁 ,以保障患者生命安全为先 ,提高抢救成功率。

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of closure abdominal injury.Methods:Sixty-eight cases admitted into the hospital in past two years were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Among 68 patients 6 were cured without surgery treatment and 5 were dead before surgery.There were 57 patients received surgery treatments,and among them 52 were cured and other 5 were dead during or after surgery treatments.Conclusion:The patient with closure abdominal injury should given first aid,clear and definite diagnosis,and rectify the shock effectively.The surgical treatment should be simple and effective for rescue the patients.
