摘要
目的 :通过对脑出血患者急性期血清IL - 1β、IL - 6的动态监测 ,了解其在脑出血急性期病理过程中的作用。方法 :对 30例脑出血患者 ,分别于发病后 4h、2 4h、3d、5d时测定血清IL - 1β、IL - 6的浓度 ,将每组每项的各个时相值之间 ,及各时相值同对照组之间进行比较。结果 :同对照组比较 ,脑出血患者急性期血清IL - 1β浓度无显著性差异 ,血清IL - 6的浓度先升高再逐渐下降。结论 :脑出血急性期的病理生理过程与脑缺血性疾病及脑外伤不同。IL - 6与脑出血急性期的病理生理过程密切相关 ,IL - 6的表达可能诱导脑出血后最初的炎性免疫损伤。
Objective:We have found out the function in the pathologic process by dynamic obsenuation and nesearch on Il-6 and IL-1β in the serum of acute cerebral hemorrhageMethods: Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-1βwere measured by ELISA method for 30 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during 4 hour,24 hour, the 3rd day and the 5th day. Results: The serum levels of IL-1βin acute cerebral hemorrhage did not differ significantly with the control group, the serum levels of IL-6 in patient groups were significant higher than that in the controls. Conclusion: IL-6 plays an important role in the pathophysiology of acute cerebral hemorrhage
