招标投标活动是我国众多行业经济活动的瓶颈,是影响我国总体社会效益和竞争秩序的关键一环。自2001年《中华人民共和国招标法》实施以来,一些省市和国家有关部委陆续出台了一系列相关政策和规定。本文分析了入世后中国电信企业投资项目招标管理存在的问题,探讨其发展机遇和对策。

Bidding is the bottleneck of many industries in our country. It is a major factor affecting the whole economic benefit and the market competition in China. Since the implementation of the People′s Republic China′s Law on Bidding in 2001,some ministries and provinces have promulgated a series of related regulations. The paper analyzes the problems on bidding of telecommunications companies in China,expounds the opportunities and puts forward countermeasures.
