摘要
渠道冲突是渠道合作的伴生物。分销商解决冲突的方式影响分销渠道的效率和产出,而分销商满意度的高低又决定了其所采取的方式。本文分析了分销商满意度的影响因素,进而提出了提高分销商满意度的对策。
Sales channel conflict derives from sales channel cooperation. Sales agents′solution to sales channel conflict affects the efficiency and output of sales channels. However,their selection of solution is decided by their satisfaction. The paper analyzes the factors influencing sales agents′satisfaction and puts forward countermeasures to promote the satisfaction of sales agents.
