摘要
介绍并实现了一种低成本、低功耗、手持式、交/直流高精度新型数字式高灵敏度高斯计的设计。本设计使用日本AKE公司的HG106CGaAs霍尔传感器,采用精密恒流源驱动,把磁场强度信号转变为电压信号,电压信号经温度补偿及放大后送入TI公司的16位ADS1110进行A/D转换,转换完后送入LCD显示。交直流转换使用ADI公司的真有效值芯片AD737。
This paper introduces a new idea of designing a digital gauss meter. A HG106C hall sensor, which is manufactured by AKE Japan, driven by a precise current source turns the magnetic intensity into electrical voltage. After temperature compensation and amplification, the voltage signal is converted to digital signal by ADS1110 which is provided by TI Corp. A LCD screen is used to display the measurement result. An AD737 provided by ADI measures the True RMS Value of the AC signal.
