On Lin Yaode's Prose

林燿德的散文以感知性互渗而偏于理性的形而上笔法，深刻地呈现了现代都市人的生存状态，表现了自我与环境的异化过程中都市人的精神焦虑。这些富于前卫性的、深具开创精神的创作，将台湾都市散文推进到一个新的天地。

Lin Yaode's prose,written in a metaphysical style with a mutual infiltration of sensitivity and rationality yetparticularly stressing on the latter,depicts the existential situation of the people in modern metropolises with a profoundinsight,and reveals their anxiety in the process of dissimilation of their lives and the circumstance.Those prose of avant—garde and creative sprit pushes forward the frontier of the metropolitan prose in Taiwan to a refreshed new field.
