关于中小学体罚现象的比较研究

Comparative Research into Corporal Punishment in Primary and Middle Schools

从官方有关法律、规章之中可看出,我国对体罚学生的态度是古褒今贬,而外国的态度自古至今一直是褒贬不一的;目前,我国明文规定,禁止教师体罚或变相体罚学生,但实际上这一现象还是相当严重;部分中小学教师赞成体罚,极少数学生也赞成体罚。

From official documents and regulations, we know that china praises corporal punishment on students in ancient times and demotes it in modern times, while the attitudes of foreign countries towards it are different from ancient times to modern times. At present, corporal punishment or covert corporal punishment is prohibitive in china's documents, but in fact the phenomenon is serious. In primary and middle schools, part teachers approve of corporal punishment,while a few students do so.
