摘要 9·11事件后 ,印度找到了打击巴基斯坦的新借口 ,利用美国领导的国际反恐联盟的大好时机向巴基斯坦施压 ,以图达到孤立和削弱巴基斯坦的目的。本文拟就对印度利用一切反恐机会和手段打压巴基斯坦进行论述 ,并对其效果进行简要评析。
