Adhering to Keeping Pace with the Times in Doing Ideological and Political Work in Enterprises

与时俱进是“三个代表”重要思想的基本要求 ,企业的思想政治工作必须坚持与时俱进精神 ,这不仅是贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的要求 ,也是企业在新时期思想政治工作建设的需要 ,更是企业加快发展的需要。因此 ,我们在企业的思想政治工作中要坚持和贯彻与时俱进精神 ,充分发挥思想政治工作在企业建设和发展中的重要作用。

Keeping pace with the times is the basic requirement of the important thought of “Three Representatives”, on which the ideological and political work of an enterprise must be based. This is not only the requirement in implementing the important thought of ”Three Representatives”, but the requirement in doing the ideological and political work in an enterprise in the new historical period and it is also the requirement in quickening the development of an enterprise. We, therefore, must bring into full play the important function of the ideological and political work in the construction and development of an enterprise.
