术前应用抗生素对慢性扁桃体炎手术的影响

Affection on Chronic Tonsil Operation with Application of Antibiotics Therapy

目的 研究术前应用抗生素对慢性扁桃体炎手术的影响。方法 将 5 6 8例慢性扁桃体炎手术病人分为应用组和对照组 ,分别于术前应用和不应用抗生素进行抗炎治疗来观察术中和术后情况。结果 对照组术中大量出血比率、术后出血及局部组织高度肿胀比率明显高于应用组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 术前应用抗生素可减少慢性扁桃体炎手术并发症。

Objective To study the affection on chronic tonsil operation with application of antibiotics therapy. Methods 568 cases of chronic tonsillitis patient who received operation were divided into control group and test group in which were used in antibiotics preoperation. The duration and post operation results were observed. Results The bleeding ratio during operation, bleeding after operation and local swelling ratio were high in control group that those in test group (P<0.05). Conclusion The complications could be reduced by application of antibiotics therapy on chronic tonsil operation.
