综合治疗冠心病合并高血压100例临床分析

目的 分析冠心病合并高血压的临床表现特点、治疗对策。方法 对收集到的 1999- 0 5～ 2 0 0 1-0 7我院住院冠心病合并高血压的病例 10 0例进行回顾性研究。结果 10 0例中 ,其中 6 0～ 6 9岁占 2 8% ,70～78岁占 4 5 %。临床表现严重心律失常占 38% ,临床表现为急、慢性心力衰竭占 33% ,表现为典型和不典型心绞痛占 2 6 % (稳定型心绞痛 15例 ,不稳定型心绞痛 11例 ) ,表现为急性冠脉综合征占 3%。男性占 6 7% ,女性占 33% ,年龄 36～ 78岁 ,平均 5 7.2岁 ;病程 2～ 19年 ,平均 11.4年 ;胸闷 35例 ,心悸 2 5例 ,乏力 30例 ;36例静止时或运动后心电图有心肌缺血性改变。 1例运动试验阳性。结论 冠心病合并高血压患者老年人所占比例较大。男性多于女性。临床表现以严重心律失常和心力衰竭所占比例较大。冠心病合并高血压的治疗应在严密监测血压的情况下 ,采用综合治疗对策。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic and treatment of CHD combined with hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of CHD combined with hypertension were analyzed retrospectively from May 1999 to July2001. Results There were 60～69 patients 28% and 70～78 years old 45%. The severe arrhythmia was 38%, chronic and acute heart failure was 33%, angina was 26% and acute coronary syndrome was 3% with average age of 57.2 and duration was 11.4 years.Conclusion The senile ratio of CHD combined with hypertension was higher and male was higher than that of female with severe arrhythmia and heart failure. The complex treatment should be taken under monitoring of blood pressure.
