摘要
采用固体反应 模板剂晶化法合成出纳米介孔二氧化锆,并以其为载体通过浸渍法制备了Ni基催化剂,考察了载体性质对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响.结果表明,以四方晶相纳米二氧化锆为载体的催化剂性能更佳,并对其影响因素进行了分析.
The mesoporous nano-zirconia was synthesized by solid state reaction method, and the nano-zirconia supported nickel catalyst was prepared by wetness impregnation. The influence of the support on the catalytic activity and stability was extensively investigated. Of special is that the tetragonal nano-zirconia supported nickel catalyst exhibited optimum carbon dioxide reforming performance. Optimization of dry reforming of methane on nano-zirconia supported nickel catalyst would result in an industrial process to utilize natural gas and mitigate greenhouse emission.
