随着经济的快速发展,我国对能源的需求量也直线上升,能源现已成为我国经济持续、快速、健康、稳定增长的瓶颈,怎样才能从根本上解决我国的能源问题呢?寻求稳定的海外石油、天然气供应只能是一个中、短期的策略性计划,不能从根本上解决问题,解决我国的能源问题应有更长远的眼光和从更高的层面上来考虑.

With the rapid development of China′s economy, our country needs more resources than before.The lack of resources has become the main reason for impeding our economic development rapidly and steadily. To solve the problem the author of this thesis has given some suggestions. The author thinks that it is only a temporary strategic plan to import oil and gas from abroad.If we want to solve the problem of resources, we should consider it from a longer-term and higher stage.
