摘要
现代社会的领导测评已经成为核心人力资源开发的重要方式和手段,本文结合数据包络分析(DEA)方法,通过三次相对评价值来测算综合素质的进步效度,将有利于领导者自我评价和自我发展,真实地反映领导者行为素质的有效进步情况。
In modern society the measurement and evaluation of leader has been the important way of exploiting the core human resource. In this paper the progress effectiveness of leader comprehensive action quality can be measured through three-time relative evaluations by the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, which really reflects the effective progress of the action quality, and benefits the leader self-evaluation and self-development.
