摘要
对目前国内蔬菜中重金属污染的资料进行研究分析表明,蔬菜中的Pb污染问题最为突出,Cr、Cd的污染次之;Hg和As虽然在我国的大部分地区的蔬菜中的含量都未超过国家卫生标准,但它们的检出率将近100%,说明这5种重金属元素已经污染蔬菜产地并在环境中积累,必须引起高度重视。
This paper tries to summarize the advance of study on heavy metal pollution in vegetable in China. From data up to now, it seems that the most serious pollution on vegetable is caused by lead, followed by the pollution of chromium and cadmium. Although the contain in vegetable in most regions in China is less than the national sanitary standard, mercury or arsenic has been detected out in all kinds of vegetables. Therefore, these 5 heavy metals have polluted vegetable and been accumulated in the environment.
