摘要
对浙江省部分城市近年来蔬菜硝酸盐污染状况进行了评述,探讨了蔬菜硝酸盐污染的影响因素,并提出了治理蔬菜硝酸盐污染的措施。
Contaminating by nitrate on main vegetables in some cities of Zhejiang was investigated, and some factors on the accumulation were discussed. Agricultural measures were suggested to decrease nitrate on vegetables.
