摘要
通过饲叶法和接触法测定了阿维菌素和氟虫腈对家蚕的毒性。结果表明,饲叶法中阿维菌素和氟虫腈对2龄家蚕的LC50(48h)分别为0.0180mg/kg桑叶和1.9156mg/kg桑叶,其浸渍桑叶的药液浓度分别为0.0360mg/L和3.8312mg/L。接触法中阿维菌素和氟虫腈对2龄家蚕的LC50(24h)分别为13.3329μg/cm2和29.7100μg/cm2。阿维菌素和氟虫腈对家蚕的毒性比均小于1,对家蚕的毒性为高毒,应禁止其在桑园及附近农田使用。
Toxicity of abamectin and fipronil to silkworm (Bombyx mori L.) was tested by food intake method and contact method, and the safety was evaluated. The results showed that, in experiments by food intake method, abamectin and fipronil had the LC_(50) (48h) of 0.0360 mg/L (0.0180 mg/kg mulberry leaves) and 3.8312 mg/L (1.9156 mg/kg mulberry leaves) to 2nd instar larvae respectively. The LC_(50) (24h) by contact method was 13.3329 μg/cm^2 for abamectin and (29.7100) μg/cm^2 for fipronil in the larvae. Therefore, both insecticides are highly toxic to silkworm, and should be prohibited from being used near mulberry fields.
