摘要
西花蓟马是危害极其严重的害虫。2003年6月在我国大陆首次发现此虫,在我国尚未对其进行过深入的研究。本文对该虫的生物学特性、寄主范围及危害特点进行了阐述,以期为相关研究及检疫工作提供参考。
Western flower thrips (WFT) (Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande)) is a very serious pest in many countries and regions. This pest was firstly recorded in China mainland in 2003 and no detailed study on this pest was conducted in China mainland until today. In this paper the biology, host and damage of western flower thrip were reviewed, which may apply some helps for the study and quarantine of this pest in China.
