The OGSA-DAI project is concerned with constructing middleware to assist the access and integration of data from separate data sources via the grid. OGSA-DAI is compliant with OGSA-based Grid standards. Firstly,the background of the OGSA-DAI project was introduced. Then the architecture of OGSA-DAI was described. Afterwards,the internal mechanism of OGSA-DAI was analysed and the development and deployment were illustrated by an example.
