摘要
由于呈现独特的一维结构特征、机械及电子性能 ,碳纳米管已引起广泛的兴趣 ,然而涉及到具体的应用就不可避免碳纳米管的定位、定向 ,这也已成为非常富有挑战性的课题。本文中笔者主要介绍碳纳米管定向操作的最新进展 。
Carbon nanotubes seem to be one of the most attractive materials because of their one-dimensional fascinating features with exceptional mechanical and unique electrical properties. For further exploiting their various properties and applications, it is imperative to produce uniform carbon nanotubes with well-defined and controllable reproducibility of their properties. A review is presented the recent results addressing rational and efficient methods to process orientational arrays of the carbon nanotubes, especially concerning the post-growth in-plane alignment.
