摘要
设计对于三链 DNA具有识别作用的小分子配体 ,提高三链 DNA的稳定性是实现反基因治疗技术的一个重要内容。本文介绍了典型的以嵌入或沟区间结合三链 DNA的偶联稳定剂 ,这些新型的偶联剂对三链 DNA的结合具有高效性和专一性。
The design of binding agents, which are targeted to improve the stability of DNA triplexes as well as to have structure-specific recognition is relevant to antigene based chemotherapies. The binding agents were introduced in terms of the intercalative or groove-mediated binding mechanisms. Most of them can strongly and preferentially stabilize DNA triplexes.
