全面介绍表象观察法在转炉操作过程中的应用。通过对转炉炉口火焰、喷溅物、炉后风眼钎子、炉前样品等观察点表面现象的观察,判断转炉反应及造渣情况、造渣终点和筛炉终点。
The application of observation in the operation of converter is introduced comprehensively. The reaction in the converter and slagging, slagging and converting point can be judged by examining the following observing point's surface phenomenon: converter mouth's flame, spraying matter, nager of air hole in the afterpart of furnace, and sample.
