摘要
为使配电地理信息系统具备较强的可维护性和可扩展性,以满足实际生产及电网管理的需要,提出了系统基于库的设计思想。阐述了模板库的基本概念和特点,同时介绍了配电网GIS(GeographicInformationSystem)模板的功能。以基于库的设计思想重点分析了配电网GIS的8个模板库(设备库、符号库、附表库、连接关系库、规则库、分组库、报表库、参数库)之间的关系,在此基础上详细描述了各个模板库的具体含义。在数据组织及技术难点中论述了用表文件实现设备库和附表库数据结构的设计思想。通过基于MapGis开发平台的一个实例,阐述了该设计的优点,并对其应用前景作出了展望。
EDCM(Electrical Distributed Circuity Management) GIS(Geographic Information System) is based on management of spacial information that determinded by geographical location ,which is a modern technical way for operation and management of Electrical Distributed Circuity. To make the system more maintainable and more flexible so as to meet the demands of practical production and circuity management,this thesis proposes a method that based on DB templates design.It briefly introduces the conception and characteristics of template and discusses its implementations in GIS,then it analyses emphatically 8 templates(device,symbol,accessory,connection,parameter,report,group and rule)next it discusses the relationships and describes the meanings of them.Also its data organization and technique diffculty suggest a method using tables to store device DB and accessory DB.Then it presents an example based on MapGis platform .Finally considering the application of this method,its merits was discussed and its development scope was forecasted.
