狼疮性肾炎患者血清IgE含量变化

The changes of contents of serum immune globulin E in patients with lupus nephritis

对21例狼疮性肾炎(LN)、15例肾病综合征(NS)、14例慢性肾炎(CRF)和70例正常人血清IgE含量进行了测定。结果显示:①LN患者血清IgE含量明显高于正常组(P<0.001);而NS患者和CRF患者明显低于正常组(P<0.001)。②LN活动期血清IgE含量与非活动期比较有显著差异(P<0.001)。提示:IgE参与了LN的发生发展,且与LN临床病情活动有关。

Serum IgE was measured in 21 patients with LN, 15 patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS), 14patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) and 70 healthy control subjects. The results were as follows.①Compared with the control subjects, IgE level increased significantly (P<0. 001)in patients withLN;it decreased significantly in patients with NS and CRF (P<0. 001). ②IgE contents in patientswith active LN were significantly different from those in patients with inactive LN(P<0. 001). Theresults showed that the IgE played an important role in the pathogenesis of LN,and that it was relatedto the activity of LN.
