The credit system is an important part of course reforming in ordinary senior highs. Its implementation is a complicated systematic undertaking, which involves all subjects and all levels of teaching administration. There might exist the following problems in the implementation: the utility and blindness in students' course selection, protection of young teachers, implementation of the selected courses, adaptation of the administration and full play of the social supporting system.
