图书馆读者服务由传统参考咨询向网络咨询方向转变。网络信息咨询服务在信息资源、服务方式、服务对象、服务内容和服务环境都与传统参考咨询不同。目前网络信息咨询服务主要有:专门的咨询网站、异步咨询服务、实时交互服务和网络合作咨询等途径。

Library service is changing from the traditional reference to the network consultation, which is different from the traditional in information source and service modes, objects, contents and environment. At present, the major services include special websites for consultation, asynchronous consultation, real-time interactive service and network cooperative consultation.
