摘要
本文首先从合作目的角度将产学研合作分为三类:以获得信息为目的;以获得人才为目的;以获得技术为目的。然后通过回顾彩电产业的产学研合作,指出在产业发展不同阶段产学研合作表现出不同的主导形式,用交易成本理论和战略管理理论解释了其原因,并得出产学研合作与产业发展相关的结论。
The author classified the Industry-University-Institute (IUI) Collaboration by their objectives into three categories: (1) for information, (2) for human resources, and (3) for new technologies. Then, by reviewing the IUI collaboration of Chinese color TV industry, the author indicated that IUI collaboration has different dominant forms at the industry's different development stages, explained the phenomena via the theory of transaction cost and the theory of strategic management, and concluded that IUI collaboration is related to the development of industries.
