技术创新扩散与区域生产率差异——对中国的实证分析

Technology innovation and diffusion and regional productivity difference ——The empirical analysis of China

首先简要回顾了与技术创新扩散对经济增长影响有关的理论和证据,然后以Fagerberg的模型为基础,利用中国1991～2002的相关数据,对技术创新扩散对区域生产率增长差异的影响进行了回归分析。本文的结论主要有:国内地区间生产率差距呈不断扩大之势;技术扩散对地区生产率的影响主要反映在国内地区间的扩散上,外商直接投资对地区生产率增长的作用不大;对中国大部分地区而言,并不存在技术上的"后发优势";距离对地区间的技术扩散存在负影响。

This paper first reviews the theories and evidence about technology innovation and diffusion,then based on the Fagerberg model.This paper analyses the influence of technology innovation and diffusion on the regional productivity to using the Chinese data from 1991 to 2002. The empirical results show that the gap of productivity among local regions has extended continuously; the impact of technology diffusion main in local regions, FDI has little influence on the growth of regional productivity; there is not 'Backword Advantage' for most regions of China; the distance between regions has negative influence on technology diffusion.
