摘要
文章对浙江先进制造业基地建设面临的金融约束及其对策建议进行了研究探讨。认为中小金融机构发展不足是最主要的约束所在,从而提出了进一步完善地方性中小银行体系的一系列对策建议。
The author studied the financial constraint and corresponding countermeasures during the promotion of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province,and argued the most serious financial constraint was the lag in the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions(SMFI).Based on the analysis,several suggestions including the further promotion of the SMFI were put forward.
