陶瓷厂铅作业对工人免疫功能的影响

摘要 对陶瓷厂铅作业工人的尿铅,唾液IgG,IgA和α-醋酸萘脂酶(ANAE)进行了测定。结果表明:在作业环境空气铅不超标(x=0.0193 mg/m^3),尿铅也不增加的状态下,观察组与对照组的唾液IgG、IgA和外周血ANAE比较,差异均有显著性。提示长期低剂量铅接触可引起免疫功能的改变。 In this study we analysed the lead in the urine and IgG, IgA, α-ANAE in the saliva of the work-ers in ceramics factory. The differences of IgG,and IgA in the saliva and ANAE in the peripheral bloodbetween treated group and control group were significant when air lead (x=0. 0193 mg/m^3) in theworking environment was below the standard and the lead in the urine did not increase. This shows thata long period exposure to lead of lower dose may lead to the change of immune function.
