基于计算流体力学的熔融碳酸盐燃料电池输出性能数值模拟

摘要 对熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)的连续、动量、能量方程以及电压、电化学方程进行了数学描述,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对MCFC的输出性能进行数值模拟,计算结果包括电池温度、电流密度以及功率密度分布等重要参数.并将理论模型的计算结果与kW级的MCFC温度分布实验数据进行比较,两者符合很好,证明所提数学模型具有较高的可靠性. The continuous, momentum, energy, voltage and electrochemistry equations of molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) were described. The computation fluid dynamics (CFD) method was presented to simulate the output performance of MCFC numerically, such as some important parameter distributions of temperature, power and current density etc. Comparing the numerical results of the distributions of temperature with the experimental data in a kW class stack, it shows the good agreement and proves the higher reliability of the numerical model.
