摘要 采用定量傅里叶红外光谱研究了不同加工温度下抗氧剂对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)热氧老化的影响.结果表明:在150°C下,单独添加主抗氧剂Irganox1010(I1010)有效抑制了HDPE加工过程中各氧化产物吸收谱带的形成及强度;单独添加辅助抗氧剂Ultranox626c(U626c),显著促进了醇羟基(3636cm-1)吸收谱带强度的增加;同时添加I1010和U626c时,表现出两者有较好的抗氧化协同作用.随着温度升高,抗氧剂的影响迅速减弱. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to quantitatively analyze the effect of antioxidants on the processing stability of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) at various processing temperatures. The results indicate that at 150°C, Irganox1010(I1010) inhibits the formation and intensity of various oxidative product absorption bands in the processing of HDPE; Ultranox 626c(U626c) promotes the formation of band 3636 cm-1 (alcohol O-H stretch vibration); the oxidation products of HDPE are well inhibited by I1010 and U626c. However, the efficiency of the antioxidants on processing stability of HDPE is worse and worse with the increasing temperatures.
