Considerations on and Researches into the Development of the National Vocational Education

目前,高等职业教育依然存在一些阻碍其进一步健全发展的问题,有待于国家对高等职业教育更大的政策支持;有待于整个高等职业教育体系的进一步完善和发展。高等职业教育体系应是:以就业为导向,办学方向明确,以服务社会为宗旨,产学研相结合,办学主体多元化,办学层次齐全,与普通高等教育平行和互通的开放式的办学体系。

Barriers to hinder the continual and healthy development of the vocational education still exist atpresent, which requires greater support in light of policy from the government, and perfectness and growth in thewhole vocational education system. The ideal picture of the higher vocational education shah be one of: employ-ment - oriented, clearly directed, service for the society, combination of production - studies - researches, multi-entity, multi -level, paralleled, co -existing and all -round open system as the general higher institutions.
