卡铂为主联合化疗治疗食管癌、肺癌34例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 34 Cases of Carcinoma of the Esophagus and the Lungs Treated with Combined Chemotherapy of Major Content Carboplatin

本文报道以卡铂为主联合化疗治疗食管癌、肺癌34例。其中食管癌19例,PR9例,有效率47.4%。中数生存期7个月。肺癌15例.包括小细胞肺癌5例,肺鳞癌8例,肺腺癌2例,有效率分别为80%,50%,50%。中数生存期8个月。小细胞肺癌疗效优于非小细胞肺癌,毒性反应低,病人易耐受。

34 cases of carcinoma of the esophagus and the lungs were treated by combined chemotherapy with carboplatin as main.Of the 34 cases,19 were of esophageal carcinoma,9 cases of PR the effective rate was 47.4%,the median survival duration was 7 months.The other 15 cases were of lung carcinoma,including 5 cases of small-cell lung carcinoma,8 cases of squamous lung carcinoma,2 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,the effective rate was 80%,50%,and 50% re(?)ectively,the median survival duration was 8 months.The curative effect of small-cell lung carcin(?)ina was better than that of non-small-cell lung carcinoma,their toxie response was lower,the treatment with carboplatin was easily tolerated by patients.
