卡铂治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及毒性反应——附38例分析

The Short-term Curative Effect and Toxicity about Carboplatin in Treating Malignant Overian Tumors.Analysis of 38 Cases

1989年4月～1991年5月收治卵巢恶性肿瘤38例,分别采用手术前后给予卡铂单药腹腔给药(7例),卡铂联合静脉给药(13例)与顺铂组(18例)进行对比治疗研究。结果显示卡铂单药组腹水消退明显,癌灶缩小,肠襻无粘连,手术顺利;卡铂联合组1例肿瘤明显减小,8例癌灶减至原来肿瘤的1/3,手术操作易行;而顺铂组用药后腹水量仍较多,肿瘤缩小不明显,肠粘连重致手术困难。卡铂治疗恶性卵巢肿瘤疗效突出,用药时不需水化,消化道反应轻,肾毒性小,患者易于接受,值得推广应用。

From April 1989 to May 1991,38 eases of malignant ovarian tumors were treated with adequate pre-and post-operative chemotherapy.Among 38 cases,7 cases were treated with intraperitoneal earboplatin,13 cases with intravenous carboplatin combination chemotherapy and 18 cases with intravenous cisplatin combination chemotherapy.The results showed:The patients who were administrated carboplatin had obvious decline of astices,reduction of tumors,no intestinal loops adhe- sion and sucessful operations.But in the cases of cisplatin group,the ascites.amount was still great, macroscopic tumors had not lessened obviously,there existed severe intestinal adhesion and difficult procedures of operation.Compared with cisplatin,carboplatin has many merits in treating malignant ovarian tumors,such as noticeable curative effect,mild gastrointestinal tract reaction,less toxicity for kidney,no need of hydration and easy acceptance by patients.
