顺铂、5-氟脲嘧啶、平阳霉素联合化疗晚期食管癌51例报告

Analysis of the Treatment of 51 Patients with Advanced Carcinoma of the Esophagus by DDP 5-Fu and BLM

晚期食管癌51例采用 DFB(DDP—5-Fu—BLM)联合化疗,CR4例,PR27例,S12例,P8例;缓解率(CR+PR)60.8%。DDP 分次剂量为30～50mg/m^2,总剂量为420～560mg;5-Fu 分次剂量为750mg/m^2,总剂量为15g 左右;BLM 分次剂量为10mg,总剂量为240mg。中位生存期10.4个月,42例(82%)有厌食、恶心、呕吐;27例(53%)有白细胞减少和血小板减少;无明显心、肝、肾脏功能损害。

Fifty one patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were treated with DDP,5-Fu and BLM, having the results of CR 4 patients,PR 27 patients,S 12 patients,P 8 patients.The total response rate was 60.8%.DDP was 30～50mg/m^2,the total amount was 420～560mg.5-Fu was 750mg/m^2 and the total amount was 15g,BLM was 10mg/m^2 and the total amount was 240mg,the median duration was 10.4 months.42 patients(82%)lost their appetite and had nausea and vomiting.27 patients had leukopenia and thrombocytopenia.There was no damage on the fuction of the heart,the liver and the kindney.
