摘要
本文以小麦种子根为材料,研究了Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)及其相互作用对其生长发育及生理指标的影响。结果表明:0.05ppmCd^(2+)和0.5ppm,5ppmzn^(2+)对小麦种子根的生长发育及生理活动有促进作用,而当[Cd^(2+)]>0.5ppm,[Zn^(2+)]>5ppm对其生长发育及生理活动具有抑制作用,Cd^(2+)和Zn^(2+)之间的关系不仅与二者的绝对浓度有关,而且还与[Zn^(2+)/[Cd^(2+)]有关。
The effects of Cd^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Cd^(2+)-Zn^(2+)interaction on the wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)growth and physiological index of the wheat roots have been studied in this test.The result shows that:0.05ppm Cd^(2+)0.5ppm Zn^(2+)and 5ppm Zn^(2+)can stimulate the growth and physiological activity of the wheatroots,when[Cd^(2+)]>0.5ppm,[Zn^(2+)]>5ppm,they hurt the growth of the wheat roots.The relations be-tween Cd^(2+)and Zn^(2+)do not only depend on their abslute concentration but also on the[Zn^(2+)]/[Cd^(2+)].
