摘要
针对在闭环控制方面还远远不能满足反应精馏技术实际操作需要的问题,展开了相关研究。首先建立了通用反应精馏过程非平衡级动态模型,并在此基础上对MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)反应精馏(Reactive Distillation,RD)过程进行了动态性能的分析和控制系统的设计,提出了一种基于软测量技术的产品质量/转化率联合控制方案。仿真结果表明,该方案优于其他控制方案,可有效地进行产品质量和转化率的多指标控制,控制效果良好。
A dynamic mathematical model is presented for on MTBE Reactive Distillation Process (RDP). This model is
based on non-equilibrium assumption and combined the control loop equations,which formed an effective tool for RDP
control system analysis. Based on this tool, MTBE RDP dynamic behavior is analyzed and the time scale multiplicities are discovered. The result shows that the union control scheme based on the soft sensor technique can eliminate the system disturbance effectively and outperforms the other control structure.
