摘要
从流程系统建模的角度说明了面向对象的基本概念,以开放式方程技术为基础,提出了基于面向对象的流程系统模型化方法。以化工过程领域为例,介绍了化工类库的分类方法,类库定义和组织形式。该方法克服了传统开放式方程建模难以实现模型复用,系统可维护性、可扩展性差的缺点,为迅速、有效地建立化工流程系统的开放式方程模型探索了一条新途径。通过一个循环闪蒸流程建模实例的研究,证明了该方法的有效性。
Traditional methods of open equation modeling have great limitations in the maintenance and reuse of models, especially for large-scale modeling problems. Legacy models could not be inherited and reused easily. Open equation technique and object-oriented method are deeply investigated and integrated. A new modeling approach is presented based on that. The framework structure of the new modeling environment is proposed and designed. The new modeling approach is used for formulating simulation and optimization problems of chemical processes. The taxonomy, definition, and organization of chemical engineering class library are proposed and implemented. The validity, usability and efficiency are demonstrated in modeling an adiabatic flash process.
