Cementing Technology of Adjustment Well in Complex Blocks in Zhongyuan Oilfield

中原油田复杂区块由于注采的不均衡性 ,致使地下压力系统紊乱 ,出现不同压力并存同一裸眼的现象。固井易发生漏失、油气水层压不稳 ,导致水泥低返、油气水层未封隔等固井质量问题。通过采用综合防漏压稳措施 ,较好解决了固井质量存在的问题 ,提高了复杂区块调整井的封固质量。

The imbalance of water injection and oil production in complex blocks in Zhongyuan oilfield has caused severe turbulence of formation pressure system,of which different pressure levels exit in the same open hole.Lost circulation is easy to occur during cementing process with unstable pressure in oil/gas/water zone,which brings about poor cementing quality such as low cement top and unsealed oil/gas/water zones.By taking concrete measures of anti-loss and stabilizing pressure,problems concerning cementing quality have been better solved and cementing quality has gradually improved in the area with complex blocks.
