摘要
观察Wistar大鼠口服短双歧杆菌5周后,粪中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、梭状芽胞杆菌和大肠杆菌的数量呈现增多,而拟杆菌和肠球菌的数量明显减少、分别由服前的7.11和8.09降到5.16和6.03Log 10~N CFU/g粪。体外试验中,短双歧杆菌分别同拟杆菌、乳酸杆菌和梭状芽胞杆菌共同培养时,结果与前述试验结果相同,而同肠球菌和大肠杆菌共同培养时,结果则相反。提示在食物中补充双歧杆菌,可调整宿主肠道菌群。
Five weeks after the ingestion of B. breve,the counts of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and E. coliin the feces of rats were increased; the counts of Bacteroides and Enterococcus decreased from 7. 11and 8. 09 to 5. 16 and 6. 03 Log10~N CFU/g feces respectively. In the test in vitro,when B. breve wascultured with Lactobacillus,Bacteroides and Clostridium,the results were the same as those mentionedabove,but when it was cultured with Enterococcus and E. coli,the results were just the opposite. It issuggested that the intestinal microflora of the host might be regulated by the ingestion ofBifidobacteria.
