摘要
用间接免疫荧光法对利血平作用后的人精子顶体反应进行了观察和分析。结果表明:利血平对由ionophore A23187(A23187)诱导的人精子顶体反应有明显的抑制作用,其抑制强度随利血平浓度的降低而减弱。提示利血平有希望成为一种新的外用避孕药。
The effect of reserpine of various concentration on human sperm acrosome reaction was observed and analyzed with indirect immunofluorescence (IIF). Experimental results indicate that reserpine mayobviously inhibit the human sperm acrosome reaction induced by ionophore A23187. It is suggestedthat reserpine may be used as a potential contraceptive drug.
