摘要
用Southern印迹杂交法,选DMD的4种基因组探针(754、pERT87-8、pERT87-15和p20)对3个DMD家系作了限制性片段长度多态性连锁分析。结果在3个家系共5名具有50%携带者风险的女性中,检测出2名为DMD携带者,3名为非携带者。
The detection of the carrier of Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)can be achieved by usingDNA probes that recognizes the restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP). Three familieswere studied with DNA probe 754, pERT87-8, pERT87-15,and p20. The diagnoses of accurate carrieror non-carrier were made for 5 females at risk in these families. Two female carriers were detectedout.
