摘要
通过地滑县城关和小甫乡805名<72个月儿童血红蛋白测定和对其中76名>3岁儿童的3d膳食调查,发现儿童缺铁性贫血(IDA)患病率为21.0%,患病率以1岁组为最高(35.9%~13.3%),随年龄增长呈下降趋势。膳食调查发现,儿童膳食以谷类为主,动物性食品摄入偏低,膳食营养素钙、核黄素、维生素C及蛋白质不足。缺铁性贫血致病因素为:辅食添加不及时,膳食构成不合理和营养知识缺乏。
The hemoglubin (Hb) contents of 805 children (0~72 months) were determined,and the nutri-ents intake by 76 children (3~5y) were studied in Chengguan and Xiaopu Township. The resultsdemonstrated IDA incidence in children was 21. 0%. The highest incidence occurred in the childrenaged 0~12 months (35. 9%~43. 3%). In the children studied,the IDA incidence decreased gradual-ly with the increase of age. The dietary survey showed that the intake of calcium .riboflavin,vitamin Cand protein was lower than that of RDA (Revommnd Dietary Allowance). The causes of IDA mightbe the untimely replenishment of food,incorrect dietary structures,and lack of nutrition knowledge.
