小鼠灌服^3H交链孢酚单甲醚的体内蓄积作用

Accumulation of the mycotoxin ~3H-alternariol monomethyl ether (AME)in mice after oral administration

与单次灌胃相比,小鼠连续三次灌服~3H-AME后24 h,其血、胃肠道及内容物中有明显的放射性升高,各组织则未见升高;灌服后第4d测定,在胸腺、直肠、脑和皮肤等组织有明显的放射性升高,而食管、前胃、睾丸、小肠等组织则无明显升高。说明多次摄入AME后,先在血中累积,而组织中累积较晚,在所有组织中食管累积最不明显,可能与AME和食管上皮细胞的结合具有特异性强、亲和力高有关。

Compared with the single dose of ~3H-AME, the blood and the gastrointestinal tract and its contentsin the mice. killed 24 hours after 3 doses of ~3H-AME, had distinct increase of radioactivity, but no in-crease in the tissues of the mice was seen. The thymus,the rectum,the brain and the skin of the mice.killed 96 hours after 3 doses ~3H-AME, had obvious increase of radioactivty, but in the esophagus, theforestomach,the testis and the small intestine no increase was seen. The results show that AME is firstaccumulated in the blood of mice after 3 doses of ~3H-AME,but the accumulation of AME in the tissuesof mice was late. The accumulation of AME in the esophagus is the least obvious, which indicates thatthe link of AME to epithelial cells of the esophagus is possibly specific,and is related to the high affini-ty.
