弓形虫的免疫组织化学观察

摘要 用免疫组织化学标记方法中的ABC法(Avidin—Biotin—Peroxidase Complex Method),对含有大量弓形虫滋养体的小鼠腹水涂片及怀孕4 d、8 d后腹腔感染弓形虫的孕大鼠胎盘、胎鼠的组织切片进行染色。结果ABC法染色的腹水涂片可以清晰地显示滋养体,且特异性很强;临产前剖杀孕后4 d、8 d腹腔注射弓形虫的孕鼠,胎盘、发育严重障碍的胎鼠组织切片,镜下呈现多个阳性区域,且在阳性区中可见许多着色较深的环状、条状、点状物,在非阳性区可见单个散在着色较深的环状、条状或点状物,对照组均呈阴性。提示ABC法可用于组织切片上的弓形虫鉴别诊断,且特异性强,敏感性高。 The avidin--biotin--peroxidase complex (ABC) of immunohistochemical tehnique was used tostain the smears of mouse ascites which contained a great number of trophzoites and the tissue sectionsof the placentas and the foetuses from the pregnant rats infected with RH toxoplasma at the 4th and8th deys and killed at the 20th day after mating. The toxoplasma organism on the ascites smears wasdistinctly visualized with the avidin--biotin--peroxidase complex method. There were many positiveregions on every tissue section from the experimental groups. In the positive region, there were a largenumber of ring, strip and spot like piebalds. All of the controls were negative. The results suggest thatABC method may be monospecific for toxoplasma.
