气相色谱鉴别双歧杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌

Identification of Bifidobacterium,Salmonella typhimurium,E.coli by means of gas chromatography

用气相色谱仪分别测定了一株青春双歧杆菌、一株短双歧杆菌、一株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、一株大肠杆菌代谢产物中的特定短链脂肪酸。结果两株双歧杆菌色谱图相近,而双歧杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌三者色谱图明显不同。用此方法能方便快速地区分鉴别双歧杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌。

The special short chain fatty acids in the metabolite of two strains of Bifidobacterium,one strainof Salmonella typhimurium and one strain of E. coli were measured individually by means of gas chro-matography. The result showed that the two strains of Bifidobacterium were similar,but Bifidobacteri-um,Salmonella typhimurium and E. coli were distinctly different in the chromatogram. So they can beidentified quickly and conveniently with this method.
