Diagnosis and treatment of children with pancreatic pseudocyst

目的:探讨小儿胰腺假性囊肿的诊断治疗经验。方法:对7例小儿胰腺假性囊肿进行总结分析。其中4例行囊肿、空肠Roux-y吻合术,2例行囊肿、胃吻合术。结果:术前确诊率100％,外科手术6例全部治愈。结论:认识小儿胰腺假性囊肿是正确诊断的关键,选择合理的手术方式可取得较好的治疗效果。

Objective: To probe into the experience of diagnosis and treatment of Children with pancreatic and pseudocyst. Methods: To conclude and analyze 7 cases of Children with pancreatic and pseudocyst including 4 cases of cyst and intestines Roux-y anastomosis, 2 cases of cyst and stomach anastomosis. Results: Diagnostic rate before operation is 100%, 6 cases with surgical operations have completely cured. Conclusion: It' s critical to know pancreatic and pseudocyst of Children for correct diagnoses, and prope operational methods will be beneficial to satisfactory treatment effect.
